FABRICE TUYISENGE

Mr. Fabrice TUYISENGE obtained his Bachelor’s Law Degree in 2015 from the University of Rwanda and holds Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Institute of Legal Practice and Development.
Fabrice has significant experience as a litigation Attorney. Prior to joining Trust Law Chambers, he worked at RR Associates and Co. Advocates and Fountain Advocates as a litigator. His duties among others included drafting court submissions and representing clients before Courts of Rwanda and Administrative Entities.

He has pursued Various online courses administered by the World Intellectual Organization and awarded various Certificate including: Certificate in General Course in Intellectual Property rights (Distance learning) 2015; Certificate in Copyright and Related Rights (Distance Learning)2016; Certificate in Promoting Access to Medical Technologies and Innovation – WHO, WIPO, WTO Executive Course on the intersections between public health, intellectual property and trade ( Distance Learning Courses) 2016, Exchange of Best Practice on Trademark Examination by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), Kigali ,2018 and Best Legislative Practices’ to combat Substandard and Falsified Medicines and Medical Material Consumables, by the Expertise France & MEDISAFE, Kigali, 2020.

He is an integral member of the Trust Law Chambers Dispute Resolution team and is passionate about Intellectual property and Labour matters.
Fabrice is a native speaker of Kinyarwanda and has excellent command of English and working knowledge of French and Kiswahili. He is a member of the Rwanda Bar Association and the East Africa Law Society.
