Mr. Telesphore Kayigirwa earned his Law degree from the Kigali Independent University in 2005 and holds a postgraduate diploma in Law from the Institute of Legal Practice. He is also a recognized Receiver and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration

Mr. Fabrice TUYISENGE obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Law in 2015 from the University of Rwanda and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Institute of Legal Practice and Development. Fabrice earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property from the Università degli Studi di Torino (UNITO), through a program jointly delivered by UNITO, the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Academy, the SAA - School of Management, and the COREP Consortium.

Mr NAGABA Wycliff joined the firm in February 2018. He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the University of Rwanda and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Institute of Legal Practice and Development.

Abel holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from University of Rwanda and a Master of Laws degree (LLM) with specialisation in Corporate and Commercial Law from Maastricht University.

Ms. MBABAZI Jacklen obtained her Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the University of Rwanda in 2017 where she graduated among the top 10 students. She is currently pursuing a Diploma in Legal Practice at the Institute of Legal Practice and Development.

Arnold began his legal career with us at Trust Law Chambers in 2022 and handles general commercial matters. He is also currently pursuing a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Institute of Legal Practice and Development. He is highly motivated and strives for excellence in his responsibilities.

Ms. Shifra Mugeni holds a Master of Laws in Legal Practice from BPP University (UK). She also holds a First-class Bachelor of Laws with Honours (LLB) obtained in 2021 from the University of Liverpool (UK).

David Bahige Mutume is a skilled legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property law, compliance, and technology law. He holds a Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB) from the Uganda Christian University, Mukono in Uganda (UCU) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Center of Uganda (LDC).
