Mr. Richard Mugisha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (BA) ,a Bachelor of Laws degree(LLB) from the University of Lesotho in 1994 and Master of Laws (LLM) from New York University.

Mr. Apollo M. Nkunda obtained his Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the National University of Rwanda in 1998 and holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Business and Trade Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam.

In July 2014, Moise joined Trust Law Chambers as a Partner in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department. Prior to Joining TLC, he represented a diverse range of clients before the Courts of Law in Criminal, Labour, Family and Commercial Litigation.

Mr. Telesphore Kayigirwa earned his Law degree from the Kigali Independent University in 2005 and holds a postgraduate diploma in Law from the Institute of Legal Practice. He is also a recognized Receiver and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration

Daniel Gasaatura holds a Master of Science degree in Finance and Law from Queen Mary University of London and obtained his Bachelor of Laws Degree from Uganda Christian University in 2013. He also holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Institute of Legal Practice and Development.

Mr. Fabrice TUYISENGE obtained his Bachelor’s Law Degree in 2015 from the University of Rwanda and holds Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Institute of Legal Practice and Development. Fabrice has significant experience as a litigation Attorney. Prior to joining Trust Law Chambers,

Mr NAGABA Wycliff joined the firm in February 2018. He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the University of Rwanda and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Institute of Legal Practice and Development.

Ms. MBABAZI Jacklen obtained her Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the University of Rwanda in 2017 where she graduated among the top 10 students. She is currently pursuing a Diploma in Legal Practice at the Institute of Legal Practice and Development.

Mr. Davis Higiro obtained his Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) in 2020 from Makerere University. Before he joined Trust Law Chambers, Davis acquired legal experience at Didas Nkurunziza & CO. Advocates and Baluti & Ssozi Advocates. Both law firms are based in Uganda.

Arnold began his legal career with us at Trust Law Chambers in 2022 and handles general commercial matters. He is also currently pursuing a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Institute of Legal Practice and Development. He is highly motivated and strives for excellence in his responsibilities.

Ms. Shifra Mugeni holds a Master of Laws in Legal Practice from BPP University (UK). She also holds a First-class Bachelor of Laws with Honours (LLB) obtained in 2021 from the University of Liverpool (UK).

David Bahige Mutume is a skilled legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property law, compliance, and technology law. He holds a Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB) from the Uganda Christian University, Mukono in Uganda (UCU) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Center of Uganda (LDC).

Denise has organisational skills and vast knowledge in areas of client relations and administrative work.
